I am banning a couple of words this year. That is now a done thing, apparently.
So let’s replace NYE RESOLUTIONS with intention and DIET with conscious eating.
Intend to make conscious, healthy lifestyle choices.
Denounce the manufactured stress of a nye resolution and a diet or a rigorous gym schedule. You don’t need that kind of negativity in your life.
Park far away, take the stairs, pack your lunch, have a weekly food prep day, learn new food choices from someone eating healthy, make some room in your life for yourself, a massage, a yoga class . . . deep breathly.
We’ve got this 2018. Look out!
